Tennessee Department of Human Services Opens 2025 Families First Community Grant Program Application

The Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Families First Community Grant Program. With approximately $27 million in funding available, this initiative supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping low-income Tennessee families achieve self-sufficiency.

Grants will fund programs in education, health, economic stability, and family well-being. Eligible nonprofits are encouraged to apply by July 10, 2025, at 5 p.m. CT. Please follow the link here to apply.
