The Immersion Series

At Tennessee Nonprofit Network, we believe that true change in the nonprofit sector sits at the intersection of community, learning, and action. That's why we've created a special project, The Immersion Series, that will provide multiple avenues to learn and grow in an inclusive setting that nurtures a sense of community among learners. Each day of learning will focus on a different topic, and March’s topic is "Trends in Talent, Human Resources & Culture." Join Tennessee Nonprofit Network for an innovative learning experience. This transformative program is designed to inspire personal and organizational growth within the nonprofit sector.

Trends in Talent, Human Resources & Culture

Our March Immersion Series event focuses on trends in talent, human resources, and culture. This experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills to more effectively manage talent, cultivate a thriving culture, and navigate the evolving HR landscape. You’ll dive into an immersive day of learning that will provide multiple pathways to learn, including an innovative “World Café-style” series of micro-learnings, a panel discussion, a special presentation, and plenty of sharing between organizations.

9:00am Welcome and Introductions: Welcome and introductions from Tennessee Nonprofit Network

9:20am Presentation: TBA

9:50am World Café: The World Café format is a participatory approach that encourages open dialogue, shared learning, and collective wisdom. Participants will move from table to table every 20 minutes, engaging in brief conversations around each topic facilitated by experts. Topics TBA
