That's why we've created a special project, the Immersion Series, that will provide multiple avenues to learn and grow in an inclusive setting that nurtures a sense of community among learners.

Trends in Fundraising

Our November Immersion Series event focuses on trends in fundraising. This experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills to more effectively recruit donors, raise more money, and be more strategic in your fundraising efforts. You’ll dive into an immersive day of learning that will provide multiple pathways to learn, including an innovative “World Café-style” series of micro-learnings, a panel discussion, a special presentation, and plenty of sharing between organizations.

9:30am Networking and Breakfast: Meet other participants enjoy pastries and coffee

10:00am Welcome and Introductions: Welcome and introductions from Tennessee Nonprofit Network

10:20am Presentation: “Four Donor Recruitment Methods” presented by Dr. Kevin Dean, Tennessee Nonprofit Network

10:50am World Café: The World Café format is a participatory approach that encourages open dialogue, shared learning, and collective wisdom. Participants will move from table to table every 20 minutes, engaging in brief conversations around each topic facilitated by experts.

Engaging your Board in Effective Fundraising, presented by: Naomi Asher, The Maven
Tracking and Using your Fundraising Data, presented by: Sandy Rees, Get Fully Funded

1:00pm Afternoon Presentation: From Trends to Traction, presented by: Naomi Asher, The Maven
