Organizational Health Assessment: A Virtual Information Session for Chattanooga-Area Nonprofits
Join TNN and United Way of Greater Chattanooga on Thursday September 17th from 1pm - 2pm ET for "Organizational Health Assessment: A Virtual Information Session" to learn all about how your organization can take part in Organizational Health Assessment: A Guided Capacity Assessment for Chattanooga-Area Nonprofits.
Strong organizations are built on solid management foundations. The Organizational Health Assessment is a guided, in-person session in Chattanooga, TN, designed to help your nonprofit identify key opportunities for growth, improvement, and renewal.
Using our online organizational health assessment tool during this live workshop, your leadership team will evaluate your current operations against 58 distinct standards. This comprehensive process allows you to check how your organization manages risk, deploys staff and volunteer resources, and translates your mission into effective action. Whatever your current assets, your organization can become more powerful by ensuring the basics of nonprofit management are firmly in place.
The session concludes with a customized list of capacity-building recommendations sent directly to your inbox.*
Five Elements of a Healthy Nonprofit
During the assessment, your team will evaluate metrics across five core areas:
- Governance & Boards
- Fundraising & Financial Management
- Communications & Relationships
- Planning, Technology, & Administration
Management & Culture
