LeadingUp Nashville Information Session

Are you an ambitious emerging leader in Middle Tennessee’s nonprofit sector? Or do you have a rising star on your team who is clearly destined to run an organization one day?

Our award-winning LeadingUp program is officially heading to Nashville in March 2027, made possible by Frist Foundation.

This is not another dry sit-and-listen workshop. Over 10 energizing months, LeadingUp unites an incredible cohort of mid-level managers for monthly leadership labs designed to transform how you work from the inside out. We start with mastering self-leadership, expand into motivating and guiding others, and scale up to driving community and organizational change. Along the way, you will sharpen your emotional intelligence, tap into your unique strengths, master strategic execution, and gain the tools to navigate high-stakes, uncomfortable conversations with total confidence.

The best part? This program is a genuine space to explore whether taking on larger executive leadership is truly the right path for you, or if you want to lead from wherever you are in the organization (because spoiler alert: you can be a leader anywhere anytime at any level). You will graduate with a Certificate in Servant Leadership, a network of peers who have your back, and deep clarity on who you are as a leader.
